On a European scale Skagen is a small townl, but the range of things to do is extensive. Skagen offers cafés and shopping, a wide choice of restaurants and other places to eat and exciting cultural attractions.

Restaurants
The list of restaurants, which you can find in the menu on the left of the page, presents a wide variety of places to eat that are found in the Skagen. There are pizzarias, cafés diners, restaurants, inns, pavement cafés, snack bars serving fish, sausages and pasta for a quick meal, or you can treat yourself to a sumptuous gourmet extravaganza. Whatever your choice, you'll find one thing in commoon - a love of good ingredients.
Music & dancing venues
Explore Skagen's nightlife – in Skagen there's live music throughout the year. Every weekend, music is performed at several of the local restaurants, pubs and bars. In June, July and August there's live music every day. The annual Skagen Festival takes place from 1 July until 4 July. Major international artists can be seen and heard during the 4 days in which the festival takes place. On 11 July there will be non-stop summer jazz on the quay in Aalbæk.

Quality Food Fair This fair will be held for the fifth year running on 27 and 28 August in Skagen. Major producers of food from all over North Jutland will be attending the fair and exhibiting their unique, high-quality products. At the fair you can see, taste and buy a wide selection of products ranging from fish, bread, dairy products, meat and other delicacies to wine and, not least, local beer.
